A Slender Landmark Framing Urban Life and Parkside Living

Rising 44 storeys above the city, 106 Street Tower introduces a refined vertical presence defined by its long, slender proportions and carefully composed façade. The tower’s 538 rental units, comprised of one- and two-bedroom homes, are oriented to maximize views toward one of the city’s most prominent parks, creating a strong visual and experiential connection between urban living and natural landscape. A palette of blue-tinted curtain wall and crisp white metal paneling reinforces the building’s elegant profile, catching light throughout the day and contributing a distinct yet cohesive addition to the evolving skyline.

At street level, the podium is thoughtfully divided into five townhome units that engage directly with the park, fostering a more intimate residential scale along the public edge. A dedicated commercial retail unit activates the corner, encouraging pedestrian activity and contributing to the vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhood. This layered approach balances density with livability, creating a dynamic interface between private, residential, and public realms.
